Multi-stakeholder partnership in the context of responsible shrimp farming in Indonesia: a systematic review

Abstract Shrimp farming is an aquaculture activity with complex environmental and social issues that must be solved in cooperation relevant stakeholders. This study aims to review the concept of multi-stakeholder partnership context shrimp farming. In this study, a qualitative literature was conducted using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyse (PRISMA) framework within scientific literature. Based on defined inclusion exclusion criteria, 4 17 studies published between 2010 2020 were selected further, referring aquaculture, taking into account social-ecological system management. Our revealed partnerships allegedly become problem solver since can neither understood nor addressed by only single organization or actor involved Multi-stakeholder partnership, which government – business public (including farmers) are involved, will have essential meaning solving problems through sharing planning, decision making, activities goals among them.
